At We Move to Heal, we recognize the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and soul. We aim to provide a space where individuals can find peace and tranquility while nurturing their physical health. We firmly believe that by tapping into the healing power of movement and connecting with the natural world, we can achieve optimal well-being and vitality.
Our mission is to guide individuals on their wellness journey by providing various movement and nature-based experiences, including walking, running, hiking, mindfulness practices, and more. We strive to create a community where everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered to live their best life
Our Founders
Jodi Richard, Devin and Ada Merriman, and Christopher Truffa have experienced firsthand the healing power of nature. During the pandemic, Jodi encouraged this group of family and friends to support one another by motivating and guiding each other through tough times with exercise, awareness of their mental states, and the importance of connecting with nature.
This practice helped them so much that they decided to work together to create We Move to Heal, in hopes that they could help others learn more about the healing power of movement and healing.
