Exercise can also help to improve your sleep, boost your energy levels, and increase your overall sense of well-being. Regular exercise can help to improve your physical health by strengthening your heart and lungs, increasing your flexibility and muscle strength, and reducing your risk of chronic diseases, and obesity.
